30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period for a full refund or exchange.

Item Condition

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original tags and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We also offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items from the date of delivery.

Shipping and Handling Fees

We cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges related to quality issues. For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If we approve your return, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days if it meets our criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, whether credit card or PayPal.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact our customer service. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll process your exchange within 7-10 business days. Any price differences will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank as refund processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@noorwest.com.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have entered processing and cannot be canceled. Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel an order.
